Cancellation Policy
Fill Policy
You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions from previous appt. To be considered a fill.
Cancelation/Reschedule Policy
Ladies let’s talk about cancellations/reschedules. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of booked service you will be charged 50% of the service you booked for. I try to be very understanding and I know life happens but when it gets THAT close there is no way to fill that spot and have lengthy gaps. I try to be very understanding and I know life happens.
Fail to Appt. Policy
clients that completely fail to be at their appointment or notify their tech will be charged 50% of booked service. Not paying that fee will result in no longer being able to rebook
Late to Appt. Policy
I have a 10 minute grace period on late appointments, 15 or more minutes late will result in reschedule and a fee of 50% of booked service
Fee Policy
All fees must be paid up to date before booking/coming to another appointment.
Cleanliness Policy
Please ladies come with your lashes already washed. One wash at your booked appt. might not be enough of a wash. I want to make sure we have a clean canvas to work on to lengthen the time you need to come back for your fill and to overall prevent irritation to your eyes.
